My name is Sonia. I am a dedicated Reflexologist with a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, qualifying in 2022. I trained with Jackie James at Calming Influences.
I have worked in the care profession most of my working life, with both young & old, I also have years of experience working with special & additional needs.
Making a meaningful connection & having a genuine commitment to the well-being of others is very important to me.
Beyond my professional endeavours, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. Gardening is my therapeutic escape. Walking my spirited dog adds an extra layer of vitality to my day.

Facial Reflexology Certificate – FHT Accredited
As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, I work under strict guidelines and adhere to their code of conduct. As part of my ongoing membership I am fully committed to my Continual Professional Development (CPD) and will continue to add to my skill base on an ongoing basis.
